The former Serere District Woman MP,Hon Hellen Adoa applauded the community for turning up in large numbers to support the noble cause.

“We must work together to fight environmental degradation in oder to mitigate the effects of climate change. I want to request the people of Serere and Teso at large to reduce the cutting down of trees. The erratic whether changes which we are now experiencing have been partly caused by the rampant cutting down of trees. If you must cut down a tree, you must also plant one to replace the one you have cut”, Hon Adoa said.
