Lango Sub-Region Endorses Gen. Muhoozi As Minister Ogwang Joins Aceng In Historic Mobilization

Lira City – Lango Sub-region has today made a thunderous statement by overwhelmingly endorsing the Chairman of the Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU) and Senior Presidential Advisor for Special Operations, Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba Museveni (Gen. MKM).

The massive endorsement was witnessed by the Minister of State for Education and Sports (Sports) and PLU Coordinator for Teso Sub-Region, Hon. Peter Ogwang, who joined his sister, Hon. Dr. Jane Ruth Aceng, the Woman MP for Lira City and Government Chief Whip, for the historic event.

In a powerful statement issued shortly after the endorsement, Hon. Ogwang said Lango has spoken loud and clear.

“I was deeply honoured and happy to join my dear sister, Hon. Dr. Jane Ruth Aceng for the massive and historic Endorsement of our generational leader, General Muhoozi Kainerugaba Museveni in Lango sub-region today,” Ogwang stated.

He described Gen. MKM as more than just a political leader, hailing him as the protector of the revolution.

“General MKM is the Protector of the gains of our mighty Party, the NRM. He is the guarantor of the peace, stability, and socio-economic transformation that our revolution brought. He is the bridge for the young generation and the shield for the legacy of H.E President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni,” he said.

According to Ogwang, who is also the MP for Ngariam County in Katakwi District, the Lango endorsement is proof that the entire country is united behind Gen. Muhoozi’s visionary leadership.

“The endorsement in Lango today is a testament that the entire country is united behind his visionary leadership. There is no turning back,” he added.

The Minister reaffirmed his total and unwavering commitment to the Gen. MKM project, saying he fully associates himself with the people of Lango in this generational cause.

The Lango endorsement is the latest in a series of nationwide endorsements sweeping across Uganda, where various sub-regions are declaring their support for Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba as the next leader to protect and consolidate
